This is the Hayabusa by Sazuki. Hayabusa is Japanese for "Peregrine Falcon". I guess it's the fastest street legal bike in production you can buy that doesn't really need any modification.
Notice how the speedometer is pinned at 200 MPH, but the RPMs continue to climb up to 11K. This ranks right up there with skydiving as far as extreme things I'd love to do and experience, but a lot more dangerous.
